Lawn Seed Stalk of TM9

When I saw the lawn for the first time in several days, it looks somewhat purple.

There appear seed stalks of TM9 in a close view. TM9 sprouts seed stalk like this several times in a year. I didn’t see them at all 3 days before on Sunday. It seems to have rapidly appeared in these several days.

Though it looks like beautiful in some way, it may create individuals exhibiting long plant height when the seed stalks have matured and the fallen seeds have sprouted. We need to cut the seed stalks (= mow the grasses) to prevent it. Because I have to work this weekend, the only chance is early Saturday morning. I will start cutting together with the sunrise.

By the way, the “New SPLEX (a dilution sprayer for liquid fertilizers)”, which I had bought the other day, was delivered yesterday. I will write about my experience some other time.
