The Lawn in 2011, the 2nd Year
I am showing my old photos. This is August 22, 2011. The 2nd year after planting lawn. The lawn was standard Korai-Shiba before it was replaced to TM9. Behind the yard was a rice field, yet.
I used to like tall lawn in these days. It looks nice, though a little shaggy. The mowing height was from 28 to 38 mm. The mowing machine used was our second mower, a manual lawn mower, Husqvarna NovoLette 540N.
A green screen of Go-ya (bitter melon or bitter gourd) planted for shading is growing well.
